The Riders Alliance Gala is the best party for public transit in town! Each year, this special celebration brings together a vibrant community of transit supporters — including elected officials, members of the news media, corporate partners, grassroots advocates, and everyday New Yorkers — all united by a shared commitment to building world-class public transit for all.

The gala is scheduled for Monday, October 19, 2026 from 6:30–8:30pm at Versa in midtown Manhattan.

Just steps away from Madison Square Garden, Versa is located at 218 W. 35th Street between 7th and 8th Ave.

Easily accessible via transit:

  • 5 minute walk from 34 St–Penn Station (A, C, E, 1, 2, 3 trains)

  • 6 minute walk from 34 St–Herald Sq (B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, W trains)

  • You can expect to mingle with transit loving friends old and new, strike a pose for the photobooth, spin the Bus Wheel of Fortune to win fun prizes, enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres and an open bar, groove to live music, and hear from our Executive Director during a brief speaking program.

    • Become a Corporate Sponsor

At the core of our work is the belief that better public transit means a better city for everyone, and our corporate sponsors are companies of all sizes who share that vision.

Sponsorships are available at varying levels and include reserved tickets for invited guests, special recognition before and during the gala, and more.
